How Am I Growing Innovecture

As the Agile Practice Lead for APAC I am helping Innovecture to grow our Agile offerings in the APAC region. I am also an active ‘in the trenches’ Agile Coach working with one of Innovecture largest global clients. I continue to be amazed at the quality of the coaching team that Innovecture has assembled and every day I learn something new from the team.  This really is an organization that supports self-organisation and living by Agile values and principles.

My Previous Track Record

As a child I was always a computer geek.  While my friends where playing games on their Commodore 64’s and ZX Spectrums, I was learning to code on a BBC Micro.  It was only natural I would pursue a career in IT.   Starting as a Software Engineer I progressed through to Project Management roles before discovering Agile in the early years of the 2000’s.  Since then I’ve had a strong focus as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, and an organisational transformation coach.  I am a strong pragmatist, but understand Agile is a means to end to adding value to organisations.
