How Am I Growing Innovecture

In my current role I am strengthening already deep relations and strategic partnership with our client. Enhancing the brand of Innovecture further. Also creating a good track record of success stories in Agile Coaching to take it to the new clients.

My Previous Track Record

In the last approximately 30 years in the industry, I have always looked for opportunities to experiment and learn. My tenured stays in large organizations playing variety of roles is a testament of the same. I have worked with many Fortune 500 organizations bringing technology solutions and thought leadership to business problems. Agile coaching or coaching in general seems to be my calling for the past few years and I am enjoying every bit of it. I earned my Bachelors in Commerce and Masters in Computer Management from Pune University.

Personally Speaking

I live in Pune , with my beautiful wife, Ashwini, and my son Anamay, who is exploring his own space in Information Technology field now. I am an ardent Theatre person, and don’t leave any opportunity to explore that space even today. I love motor biking and recently acquired hobby of endurance running.
